What We Carry
General goods rather than specialist freight. If it needs refrigeration, a permit or hazardous handling, tell us at the outset and we will say plainly whether it is a job for us.
Retail and stock distribution
Deliveries from a warehouse or supplier to shops, branches or customers, on a schedule you set.
Construction and hardware materials
Cement, timber, fittings and site deliveries, including to sites with restricted access hours.
Furniture and equipment
Single heavy or awkward items, showroom deliveries and equipment transfers between sites.
Moving stock, files or equipment between premises, often alongside an office relocation.

If you are moving goods most weeks, ask about a contract arrangement. It is more predictable for you and easier for us to resource properly.
How We Work
Transport is a simple service done badly by a lot of people. The difference is almost entirely about communication.
- Our own vehicles and drivers. Not a broker passing your job to whoever answered the phone.
- Confirmed collection windows. A time you can plan around, and a call from the driver before arrival.
- We decline what we should decline. If your load needs refrigeration or a permit we do not hold, we tell you at the quote, not on the day.
- One contact for the whole job. You are not re-explaining the consignment to a different person each time you call.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you collect?
Same day is often possible in Nairobi if you call early. For anything outside the city or requiring a larger vehicle, give us a day. Contract runs go on a fixed schedule.
What can you not carry?
We do not handle hazardous goods, and we do not carry anything requiring refrigeration or a specialist permit we do not hold. If you tell us what it is at the quote stage, we will give you a straight yes or no.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, on request. Tell us the route and we will confirm whether we can cover it and what it costs. Longer runs need more notice.
Can you handle regular weekly deliveries?
Yes, and that is what contract runs are for. You get a fixed schedule, the same driver and a monthly invoice rather than booking each trip separately.
What happens if the consignee is not there?
The driver calls ahead precisely so this does not happen. If nobody is available we contact you, and if the goods have to come back we will tell you what a redelivery costs before we do it.
What areas do you cover?
Nairobi and the surrounding counties, with longer runs arranged on request. Tell us the route and we will confirm.
