Our Cleaning Services
Three services, each with a different scope and a different checklist. If you are not sure which you need, describe the space and we will tell you.
Houses, flats and short-term rentals. One-off deep cleans, regular scheduled cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleans.

How It Works

Size, condition and what you need done. Photos or a short video get you an accurate quote much faster than a description.
We quote against a checklist
You know exactly what is included before anyone arrives, so there is no argument afterwards about what was in scope.
We clean
Our team arrives with equipment and materials and works to the agreed checklist.
We check
A supervisor signs the work off. If something in scope was missed, we come back and put it right at no extra cost.
Which Service Do You Need?
The most common confusion is between a deep clean and a post-construction clean. They are very different jobs.

A standard deep clean will not remove cement splashes or paint residue. If your property has just come off site, you need the post-construction service.
What You Can Expect
Cleaning is easy to promise and easy to do badly. These are the things we will not compromise on.
- We work to a written checklist. You see it before we start, so nobody argues about scope afterwards.
- We bring our own equipment and materials. If you prefer specific products for allergies or surfaces, tell us and we will use yours.
- Vetted, trained teams. The same people wherever possible, which matters a great deal for regular contracts.
- If we miss something in scope, we return. At no additional cost, without a discussion about it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you bring cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes. Everything comes with the team. If you would rather we used your own products, because of allergies or a delicate surface, leave them out and tell us at booking.
How long does a clean take?
A two-bedroom deep clean is usually three to six hours. Regular upkeep of the same property is much faster. Post-construction work depends entirely on how much residue is left and can run to more than a day.
Do I need to be there?
No, provided we can get access and you have told us anything we need to know. Most regular clients give us access arrangements and are not present at all.
Are your staff vetted?
Yes. Our teams are verified and trained before they attend any job. For regular contracts we send the same people wherever possible so you are not letting strangers in each week.
Can you clean after a move-out for a deposit inspection?
Yes, and it is much easier once the property is empty. Book it for the same day the last items leave and you deal with the whole thing once.
Can you clean and fumigate at the same time?
Yes, and the sensible order is to clean first and fumigate afterwards so the treatment is not wiped off. We schedule both in the right sequence.
Which areas do you cover?
Nairobi and the towns around it: Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Runda, Ruaka, Karen, Lang’ata, South B, South C, Embakasi, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Ngong, Kitengela and Syokimau. If you are just outside, ask.
