Deep Clean, Regular Clean or Move-Out Clean?
A deep clean is the reset. Inside the oven and fridge, behind and under appliances, limescale in bathrooms, skirting, door frames, light fittings, interior windows. It is what you book when a property has not had proper attention for a while, or before you move in.
A regular clean keeps that standard. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and bins, weekly or fortnightly. It is much quicker because the built-up work has already been done.
A move-out clean is a deep clean of an empty property, aimed squarely at a landlord inspection. Empty is important: we can reach everything, and it takes less time.
Short-term rentals sit somewhere between the three. Turnovers need to be fast, consistent and photographable, and that is a different rhythm from a family home.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a deep clean take?
A two-bedroom flat is usually three to six hours with a small team. A larger house, or one that has not been deep cleaned in a long time, can take a full day. We tell you the expected duration with the quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular clients give us access arrangements and are not there. Tell us anything we need to know about alarms, pets or rooms to leave alone.
Can you use my own cleaning products?
Yes. Leave them out and let us know at booking. This is common for allergies, for natural stone or hardwood, and for households that prefer specific brands.
Do you clean short-term rentals between guests?
Yes. Turnovers need speed and consistency, so we work to a fixed checklist and can handle linen changes if you supply the linen.
What is not included?
We do not do exterior window cleaning at height, structural repairs, or removal of builders residue. That last one needs the post-construction service, which is a different job with different equipment.
Can you clean before I move in?
Yes, and it is by far the best time to do it. An empty property cleans faster and more thoroughly. Many clients book this alongside their move.

Nairobi and the towns around it: Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Runda, Ruaka, Karen, Lang’ata, South B, South C, Embakasi, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Ngong, Kitengela and Syokimau. If you are just outside, ask.
