Office Cleaning in Nairobi

Scheduled commercial cleaning done outside your working hours, to a checklist, by a team you keep. Your staff arrive to a finished office and never meet us.

Consistency Is the Whole Product

Any company can clean an office well once. What you are actually buying is the same standard on a wet Tuesday in month eleven, when nobody is watching.

That comes down to three unglamorous things: a written scope so nothing is ambiguous, the same team so they know your floor, and a supervisor who checks rather than assumes. We build all three into the contract rather than treating them as extras.

We also work when you do not. Early morning, evening or overnight, with keys and alarm arrangements agreed in writing. For most offices this means the cleaning is completely invisible, which is exactly how it should be.

The process

Setting Up a Contract

01

Site visit

We walk the premises, count the washrooms and desks, and look at floor types, kitchen areas and access. This decides the scope and the schedule.

02

Scope and schedule

You get a written scope, a frequency and a price. Daily, weekly or something in between, timed around your hours.

03

Access and keys

Key holding, alarm codes and out-of-hours access agreed in writing before anyone starts.

04

Clean and review

The team works to the scope. A supervisor checks, and we review the contract with you after the first month and then periodically.

What Keeps Contracts Working

Office cleaning contracts fail slowly. These are the things that stop the drift.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and for most offices that is what we recommend. Early morning, evening or overnight. Key holding and alarm arrangements are agreed in writing before we start.

Yes. Most clients begin with a month so both sides can see whether the scope and frequency are right before committing further.

We can, and restock them as part of the visit. Some clients prefer to buy their own. Settle it at the site visit so there is no gap.

Yes. Everyone attending a commercial site is verified and trained. For contracts involving confidential areas we can restrict access to named staff.

We can empty designated confidential bins into your secure disposal arrangements. We do not provide certified document destruction ourselves, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Tell us immediately. The supervisor is the first line, and the periodic review is the second. If something is being missed consistently, that is a scope or a resourcing problem and we would rather fix it than lose the contract.
