Killing Adults Is Only Half the Job
A mosquito only needs a bottle cap of still water to breed, and it goes from egg to biting adult in about a week. That is why a compound can be clear on Monday and loud again by the weekend.
The usual culprits are the ones nobody thinks of: blocked roof gutters, plant pot saucers, an unused water tank, tyres behind the shed, a drain that never quite empties. We walk the compound with you and point them out, because that part costs nothing and does more than any spray.
Nairobi is not a high malaria zone, but mosquitoes here still carry dengue and chikungunya, and the biting alone is enough to wreck your sleep. Aedes mosquitoes, the ones that bite during the day, are increasingly common in the city.

How We Handle Mosquitoes
We walk the compound
We look for standing water: gutters, tanks, saucers, drains, tyres, building materials. This determines whether spraying alone will hold.
We treat indoors
A residual spray on interior walls and resting surfaces keeps working for weeks, so mosquitoes that come in later still pick it up.
We fog outdoors if needed
For gardens, compounds and outdoor seating we fog to knock down the adult population. Everyone stays inside for two to three hours.
We tell you what to fix
You get a short list of what to empty, cover or unblock. Do those and the treatment lasts far longer.
Indoor Spraying or Outdoor Fogging?
Two different jobs. Most compounds need one, some need both.

Fogging on its own is a short-term fix. If you want the problem to stay away, the breeding-site work matters more than the chemical.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will the biting stop?
Indoors, usually the same night. Outdoors, fogging clears the flying adults within hours. If water is still breeding nearby, new mosquitoes will arrive within about a week, which is why the survey matters.
Is the spray safe for children and pets?
Yes, with the normal precautions. Stay out for two to three hours, then open the windows. Cover fish tanks and remove pet bowls before we start. We give you the product name and re-entry time in writing.
Do I still need a mosquito net?
Yes. Treatment reduces numbers a great deal but nothing eliminates mosquitoes entirely in an open compound. A net is cheap insurance, especially for children.
Can you fog for an outdoor event?
Yes. We usually fog a few hours before guests arrive so the area has cleared and settled. Tell us the time and we will work back from it.
Does this help with malaria and dengue?
Reducing mosquito numbers and removing breeding sites reduces your exposure to mosquito-borne disease. We are a pest control company, not a medical service, so for health advice speak to a clinician.
