Frequently Asked Questions
Is fumigation safe for children and pets?
Yes, when it is done properly. We use registered products at the correct dilution and tell you exactly how long to stay out, usually two to six hours depending on the treatment. Cover fish tanks, remove pet bowls and open the windows when you return.
How long before the pests are gone?
For most treatments, no. Bed bug work needs the room empty for four to six hours, and outdoor fogging needs everyone indoors for two to three hours. We tell you before we arrive so you can plan.
Do I need to move out?
Clear the floor, cover food and water, and unplug anything that must stay dry. For bed bugs, strip the beds and wash the bedding at the highest temperature the fabric allows. We send you the full list when you book.
What do I need to do before you come?
