Why a Normal Deep Clean Will Not Do It
Construction dust is fine enough to stay airborne for hours and it settles again after you have cleaned. That is why a single pass with a domestic vacuum leaves a new film across every surface the next morning.
Then there is the residue: cement splashes on tiles, paint on glass and ironmongery, adhesive from protective film, silicone smears, stickers on windows and appliances, grout haze on floors. None of that comes off with a cloth and detergent. It needs the right solvent, the right blade and someone who knows which surfaces will scratch.
So we work in stages. Bulk debris and heavy residue first, then a full clean once the dust has settled, and a final detail pass before handover. On larger sites the first two stages can be days apart.

How We Approach It
Site assessment
We look at the size, the finishes and how much residue is left. Delicate finishes such as natural stone or powder-coated aluminium change the method.
Rough clean
Debris and protective film removed, bulk dust extracted, heavy residue taken off. This is the dirtiest stage.
Full clean
Once dust has settled, everything is cleaned properly: floors, glass, ironmongery, sanitaryware, kitchens, skirting and frames.
Detail and handover
A final pass on glass, fittings and floors immediately before handover, so the client walks into it finished.

Tell us about delicate finishes before we start. Natural stone, powder-coated aluminium and some engineered surfaces are damaged permanently by the wrong product.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
Far longer than a normal clean. A finished apartment is often a full day or more. A house or a commercial floor can run several days across the stages. We quote after seeing the site because residue volume varies enormously.
When should we book it?
Once the trades are genuinely finished. Cleaning a site that still has snagging work to come means paying twice. If the programme is tight, we can do a rough clean now and a detail pass immediately before handover.
Do you remove building debris?
We remove residual debris and packaging as part of the clean. Bulk rubble and skip-level waste is a separate job. Tell us the volume and we will quote for removal, or coordinate with your contractor.
Can you clean the windows too?
Interior glass yes, including blade work for paint and adhesive. Exterior glass at height needs specialist access equipment, which we will tell you about rather than improvise.
Do you work on occupied renovations?
Yes. Where people are living or working in part of the building we seal off the work area, extract dust properly and schedule around occupancy.
Can you do a move-in clean afterwards?
Yes, and it is the natural sequence. Post-construction clean at handover, then a residential clean before the occupant arrives.
