What We Move
Two main services, and a few things that come up often enough to be worth mentioning.
Flats, maisonettes and family houses. Packing, loading, transport, offloading and reassembly of what we dismantled.
Desks, servers, files and equipment, moved outside working hours so you open on time in the new premises.
Single heavy items
A piano, a safe, a gym rig, a generator. Awkward single items that a normal pickup will not handle safely.
Storage transfers
Moving into or out of storage, including loading and stacking so you can actually reach things later.
How a Move Works With Us
Survey
We look at what you have, in person or by video call. This is what makes the price firm instead of a guess that grows on the day.
Quote and date
You get a written price and a confirmed date. If we need a bigger vehicle or a larger crew, that is settled now, not at your door.
Packing and loading
We bring materials and pack what you have asked us to pack. Fragile items are wrapped, furniture is dismantled where it has to be, everything is labelled by room.
Offload and set up
We place boxes in the right rooms and reassemble whatever we took apart. You should be able to sleep there that night.

Booking a move together with a clean or a fumigation is usually cheaper and always simpler than arranging them separately. Ask when you get your quote.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
A week is comfortable for a flat, two weeks for a house or an office. End of month and end of school term are the busiest periods in Nairobi, so book earlier if your date falls then.
Do you provide boxes?
Yes, on request, and we deliver them ahead of the move so you can pack at your own pace. If you would rather we packed everything, we can do that too.
Will you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Anything we take apart to get it out, we put back together at the other end. Tell us in advance about built-in wardrobes or anything unusual so we bring the right tools.
What about things that get damaged?
We wrap and secure everything for the journey, and we will tell you honestly before we start if an item is too fragile or too far gone to move safely. Discuss cover with us when you book so expectations are clear on both sides.
Can you move an office over a weekend?
Yes, and that is usually the sensible way to do it. We plan around your working hours so your team arrives on Monday to a functioning office.
