The four stages
- Tell us what you need. Use the quote form, WhatsApp or a phone call. Share the service, your location, the type and size of property, your preferred date and photos if you can.
- Assessment and quote. We inspect, survey or review your photos, then send a written quote setting out what is included and what is not.
- Scheduling and preparation. You choose a date. We send preparation guidance specific to your service so that the day runs smoothly.
- Service delivery and follow-up. The team does the work, checks it with you and follows up. If anything in the agreed scope was missed, we return to put it right.
Pest control
Assessment. We identify the pest, find where it is living and breeding, and judge how far it has spread. For simple cases a few clear photos are enough; for rodents, heavy infestations and commercial premises we inspect on site.
Quote. The quote states the treatment method, the number of visits and the follow-up window. For bed bugs that means two treatments about 10 to 14 days apart. For cockroaches it means a treatment and a review visit.
Preparation. You receive a checklist for your treatment, such as washing bedding on high heat before bed bug work, or emptying cupboards around the cooker before cockroach work.
Service day. The technician confirms the plan with you, tells you the product being used and the re-entry time, treats, and gives you aftercare advice.
Follow-up. We return on the agreed date. If the pest returns within the agreed window, so do we.
Cleaning
Assessment. You describe the property, its condition and what you need. Photos or a short video help. Offices and post-construction jobs usually need a site visit.
Quote. You receive a written checklist of what is included room by room, plus any extras you have chosen.
Preparation. Clear surfaces and floors, put valuables away and tell us about delicate finishes, pets and allergies.
Service day. The team arrives with equipment and materials and works through the checklist, top to bottom and dry to wet.
Follow-up. The work is checked against the checklist before the team leaves. If anything in scope was missed, tell us and we will come back at no extra cost. Office contracts are reviewed after the first month and then periodically.
Moving and relocation
Assessment. We survey what is moving, in person or by video, and check access at both properties: stairs, lifts, parking, gates and estate rules.
Quote. You receive a written price and a confirmed date, with packing, materials, dismantling and any extra services listed.
Preparation. Boxes and materials can be delivered in advance. You book lifts, inform building management, defrost the fridge and set aside valuables and documents.
Moving day. The crew protects and wraps furniture, dismantles what needs dismantling, labels by destination room, loads, transports, offloads and reassembles.
Follow-up. We walk through with you before leaving. A move-out clean of the old property or a pre-move-in treatment of the new one can be scheduled as part of the same plan.
Transport and logistics
Assessment. You tell us what the goods are, how they are packed, the approximate weight or volume, the collection and delivery points and the timing.
Quote. We confirm a suitable vehicle and price, and tell you plainly if the load needs a specialist carrier.
Preparation. Goods are packed and labelled, paperwork is ready, and someone is available at both ends.
Collection and delivery. A confirmed collection window, a call from the driver before arrival, and a signed delivery note.
Follow-up. You receive delivery confirmation. Contract clients agree a reporting format and review schedule.
How we keep standards consistent
- Written scopes and checklists, so both sides know what was agreed.
- Preparation guidance before every service, because what happens before the visit affects the result.
- Records: products used and re-entry times for pest control, labelled inventories for moves, signed delivery notes for transport.
- Return visits for in-scope misses and pest follow-ups.
Combining services
When a job needs more than one service, we put it on one plan and sequence the work. For example, an empty property is treated for pests before furniture arrives; the move-out clean happens after the last box leaves; and residual pest treatments are not wiped away by a deep clean the next day. See our services for common combinations.
